Corporate Package

This package is designed for a Corporate Sponsor. It includes ownership and naming rights in ALL MARKETING for the event, as well as a premier booth location.

This plan includes:

  • 3 (three) booth spaces inside the event to disseminate information and pre-sell packages. Each booth includes an 8’ X 3’ table, two chairs, and a linen tablecloth.
  • Participation in Over $71,000 of marketing including radio, television, cable, Print and online advertising to drive attendance to the event with your logo and location prominently displayed.
  • Logo and links on the event website to drive business through your internet marketing presence.
  • Logo and location information on 3,000 printed fliers distributed on windshields at local mall and retail outlet parking lots over a three week period.
  • A full Page Ad in 10,000 printed booklets detailing the participants, their contact information and their booth location at the event.
  • All required graphic, design, and production elements to fulfill the above.

Kids Area Sponsor

This package is designed for the Kids Area Sponsor. It includes participation in ALL ELECTRONIC MARKETING for the event, as well as a front area location next to the event entrance.

This plan includes:

  • Set up area in front of the entrance to the event to disseminate information and pre-sell packages. This location will measure at least 40’ X 20’ and will have room for the sponsor to set up displays, equipment, bounce houses, play area or other specialty equipment**.
  • 1 – 8’ X 3’ banner, custom designed for display during the event.
  • Participation in Over $65,000 of electronic marketing including radio, television, cable, and online advertising to drive attendance to the event with your logo and location prominently displayed.
  • Logo and links on the event website to drive business through your internet marketing presence.
  • Logo and location information on 3,000 printed fliers distributed on windshields at local mall and retail outlet parking lots over a three week period.

** Equipment and personnel are the responsibility of the Sponsor. Sponsor should ensure that they have enough personnel on hand to accommodate and actively track up to 35 children at any given time.

Additional Resources

In tandem with the plans previously outlined, Precision Image Marketing will once again utilize the following additional resources to increase the effectiveness of the campaign.

  • Fully Digital, Professional Video and Audio and Print Production for all marketing platforms. This will provide for the highest level of quality presentation for all participants.
  • Giveaways of promotional items, as available to increase the desire of the public to attend the event.
  • Add Flash video and Graphics to the event website to spruce it up and make it more attractive to users.
  • Partner with the Chamber of Commerce to maximize awareness of the event, utilizing as much as possible, their extensive network of contacts and resources.

Additional community resources, service organizations, and media outlets will be utilized as much as possible to increase awareness of the event, and it’s number of attendees. This may require additional time from participating businesses to provide interviews, commentary and feedback.
