By clicking the "I agree" button below and submitting this form you acknowledge and agree to the following: The exhibitor does hereby release Precision Image Marketing, LLC., Whole Food Markets, The City of Reno, and any and all persons, companies, or other entities associated with the "Whole Foods Health Fair" from any and all liability in connection to the exhibitors participation in this event including, but not limited to, personal injury, merchandise damage, breakage or loss, and/or personal property due to fire, theft, breakage, acts of God, or any kind of public disorder or disturbance during the event. I am also aware that, by submitting this request and being accepted as a vendor for this event, I am entering into a legally binding, non-cancelable agreement with Precision Image Marketing, LLC. I am aware that this agreement remains binding even in the event that I am not able to attend the event for which I am registering.
